I spent $141 to get a litter nicotine juice on 25 May 2021, MFS sent it for me but, due to Covid I couldn’t get it, the item has been returned to MFS, today is 30 Aug and I’m still waiting for the refund, MFS advised me that, they need to receive the nicotine first , I’m really upset with MFS , they need to communicate with post not holding my money, this is my experience with MFS, be mindful when it comes to money the customer is the second option.. BAD customer service and even worse products and website. Their website crashes often. Once you actually can access, the products are nondescript enough to seem straight forward, but once you receive it - it is not what it seems. I got 120 ML e-cig juice WITHOUT a way to dispense... They told me to buy again from them... If I would have known that from the beginning I would have bought them, but these guys want you to buy more because then they get another order to meet the free shipping minimum. They are TRASH.

I've been purchasing items from My Freedom Smokes for a couple years and I've NEVER been sold counterfeit products. The prices and selections are fantastic. I really like that the shipping costs aren't inflated and I always get my items fast. I can't think of any cons I could say about this company. Definitely an A++.

I've placed 4 orders from MFS in the last 3 months and I'm impressed at how well every order has turned out. Shipping is phenominal- they process my order on the same day and it's on my doorstep 2 days after ordering. Everything is packaged with care and I've had 0 issue in terms of receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

I ordered four 4-packs of the W01 refillable cartridges for my Juul. They were slightly more expensive than buying them from Fast-Tech.com (which has the cheapest price but ships out of Hong Kong so it takes 2+ weeks to get your order). I was willing to pay more for the convenience of receiving my order faster as Freedomsmokes is listed as being located in the US. I definitely DID get my order faster but what they sent me were clearly counterfeit pods. Not only do they not actually fit inside of a JUUL device, they immediately leak out of a hole in the bottom of they pod (???). Literally all four boxes (16 pods) had these same defects so it wasn’t a one-off. BUYER BEWARE!!! They sell them as W01 pods and the packaging is the same but the pods themselves are clearly counterfeit. I attempted to call customer service multiple times with no reply (seems like that’s a theme in freedomsmoke reviews) Learned my lesson the hard way. Back to Fast Tech, they make take forever to ship but at least you get what you pay for. Shady business all around.
